Vincristine

Research summary
There are no credible studies supporting vincristine as a supplement for healthy people. The human evidence available from healthy donors is limited to ex vivo or in vitro experiments showing genotoxic or platelet-related effects, which are not benefits and do not support routine use. The broader clinical literature identifies vincristine as an anticancer agent with significant adverse effects, particularly peripheral neuropathy, constipation, alopecia, and other dose-limiting toxicities. For the purpose of healthy-adult supplement research, the evidence base is essentially not applicable because vincristine is not intended for supplementation and has no established health benefit in healthy humans.
